Shipping & delivery

All orders placed on Varahi’s are dispatched according to the shipping timeline specified at checkout. We offer Free Delivery within India for orders above ₹499. Please note that free delivery does not apply to international shipments.

Address changes

  • Shipping address changes can be made within 6 hours of placing the order.

  • Once dispatched, address changes are not allowed, even if requested within the 6-hour window.

  • For address amendments required after dispatch, an additional fee will apply.

  • In case of incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, a refund will not be provided. Instead, customers can opt for reshipping upon payment of a partial fee and the reshipping cost.

Domestic shipping (India)

  • We deliver across India, covering over 2,500 cities and 30,000+ pin codes.

  • Orders are dispatched within 48 hours (Orders placed on Fridays may take up to 68 hours to dispatch).

  • Delivery time: 3-5 business days across India.

  • Orders within Tamil Nadu typically arrive within 2 days, with a maximum of 4 days in rare cases.

  • Free delivery is available for orders meeting the minimum value specified on the website.

  • Shipping charges apply for international orders.

Customers are responsible for customs duties and taxes.

Duties & Taxes

Customers must pay any applicable duties and taxes for international orders to the USA, Canada, the UK, Europe, New Zealand, Australia, Singapore, Malaysia, and certain Middle Eastern countries.

Varahi's will assist with customs clearance but does not cover any customs duties.

Dairy & Nut product restrictions

  • Milk-based products (e.g., ghee, milk sweets) cannot be shipped to the UK or European countries. We will offer an alternative or provide a refund within 5 business days if necessary.

  • Nut-based products cannot be shipped to the UK due to customs regulations. An alternative product or a refund will be provided if needed.
