To place an order on Varahi's website, follow these steps:

  1. Browse our website and select the products you'd like to purchase. Choose the desired quantity and click the 'Add to Cart' button (you can add multiple items to your cart).
  2. In your "Shopping Cart," you can either continue shopping or proceed to checkout.
  3. You can log in or create a new Varahi's account, or simply proceed as a guest user.
  4. Once you’ve added all items to your cart, go to checkout, enter your name, contact information, and shipping details, choose a shipping method, and proceed to make the payment.

Varahi’s partners with leading courier services like FedEx, DHL, and Aramex to ensure prompt and secure delivery worldwide. For more details, please refer to our shipping policy.

You can update your shipping address within 3 hours of placing the order. Changes cannot be made after the order is dispatched (even if shipped within 3 hours). If the address provided is incorrect and the package is delivered to the wrong location or returned to us, no replacement or refund will be issued.

You will receive an order confirmation email and a WhatsApp message. Orders are usually dispatched within 48 hours. Once shipped, a tracking link will be sent via email and WhatsApp within 12 hours.

To cancel an order, please follow these steps:

  • Contact our customer support team by emailing care@varahis.com within 3 hours of placing the order.
  • A full refund will be provided if the cancellation request is made within 3 hours.
  • Cancellations made after 3 hours will be subject to a 50% charge, as we may have already begun preparing your items or packaging the order.

Once the order is placed, modifications are not allowed.

There are no hidden charges. All taxes are covered by Varahi’s. The total amount you see in the order summary is what you pay. However, customs duties for Canada and European countries are to be borne by the customers.

If your payment fails but your account is debited, the amount is usually refunded to your bank within 7 business days. For further assistance, please contact us at care@varahis.com.

Refunds or replacements are available if you receive a damaged or incorrect product. Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if there are any issues. Requests should be made via email to care@varahis.com from the same email address used for the order.

Once we receive and review your refund request, we’ll notify you if it has been approved. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Processing may take some time based on your bank’s policies.

For refunds due to damaged or spoiled items, please provide photo or video proof within 24 hours of delivery. Email your request to care@varahis.com from the email address used for the order.

Yes, we accept bulk orders for events, corporate gifts, and parties. Prices may vary depending on the products and quantities. Please email your requirements to care@varahis.com
