Refund policy
For a refund, contact us at care@varahis.com. If approved, your refund will be initiated within 48 hours and credited back to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.
Note: All products sold on www.varahis.com are non-returnable.
Refund requests:
Requests for refunds or replacements should only be made via email to care@varahis.com using the same email address that was used for placing the order. Requests from a different email will not be prioritized.
Eligibility for refund:

Refunds must be requested within 24 hours of receiving the product.

Only damaged or spoiled items are eligible for refunds.

Items like cookies and macaroons may have minor breakages due to their delicate nature and cannot be refunded.
Customs and packaging issues: Varahi's is not responsible for any damage caused during customs inspection. No refunds will be provided for damages or leakages that occur during customs clearance.
Product restrictions:

Dairy products: Milk-based items cannot be shipped to the UK or Europe. We will offer an alternative product or provide a refund within 5 business days if a substitute is unavailable.

Nuts: Products containing nuts cannot be shipped to the UK due to customs regulations. We will provide an alternative or issue a refund within 5 business days if needed.
How to request a refund:
We will notify you once we’ve reviewed your refund request. If approved, your refund will be processed within 3-5 business days.
Order modifications:
If you used a coupon for your order and found a better offer, requests for a refund of the difference must be made within 3 hours. Refunds won’t be issued if the order is already packed or dispatched.
Unattended deliveries:
If the customer does not respond to delivery attempts, we will reschedule once. If there’s no response after the second attempt, no refund will be issued.
Return policy:
Returns are not accepted even for damaged or incorrect items. Please send photo proof of damages to care@varahis.com for a refund claim. If approved, refunds will be processed for spoiled or missing items.
Cancellation policy:

Cancellation requests must be made within 3 hours of order placement for a full refund.

After 3 hours, a 50% fee applies as the preparation and packaging process may have started.

If Varahi’s cancels your order due to stock or shipping issues, a full refund will be issued.
Cancellation requests must be made via email to care@varahis.com. Requests through social media or phone calls will not be considered unless confirmed by our team.
Duties and customs:
- The customer is responsible for any duties in the UK, Europe, Canada, and other listed countries.
- Varahi’s will assist with customs clearance but cannot expedite the process.
